Senior Landscaper
As a Senior Landscaper for Sendhurst Landscapes , you’ll take the lead on our most ambitious and creative projects — from full garden transformations to premium fencing, patios, and bespoke planting schemes. You’ll oversee junior staff, coordinate on-site operations, and liaise with clients to ensure every project is completed to the highest standard. This role is perfect for someone with strong experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for mentoring others.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with experience in hard or soft landscaping. You’ll be involved in a wide variety of projects including turfing, fencing, sleeper beds, paving, garden clearances, and planting. Team players with a solid work ethic and the ability to adapt quickly will thrive in this role. There's real opportunity to progress into senior positions with the right attitude and reliability.

Operators handle the physical and technical side of site prep — including groundwork, moving materials, waste clearance, and machine operation (e.g., mini diggers, rotavators, and hedge trimmers). You’ll support the team by keeping sites running smoothly and safely. It’s ideal for someone practical, physically fit, and confident working with tools and outdoor machinery.
Sales & Marketing
Distribute flyers, manage leads, attend events, build client rapport.
Advanced sales can complete initial site audit. Full training will be provided at Sendhurst HQ.
Customer Support
Answer questions, connect clients to team members, live project updates, billing & subscriptions.
Work-from-Home, full / part-time, or join us in the office (hot-desk studio)
Driver / Handler
Join our fleet of drivers and handlers to move heaven and earth to keep our projects moving forward nicely.
